JOB DETAILS
1. Apply policies and procedures and identify potential problems and
solutions
2. Prepare all supporting documents required for the investigation or
negotiations
3. Provide guidance on routine procedures to ensure compliance with
company policies, procedures and legislation requirements
4. Resolve basic employee relations issues in line with the given
policies and guidelines
5. Maintain relationships with relevant external stakeholders to support
the employee relations activities
6.Build relationships internally with colleagues across functions
to anticipate potential problems
7. Analyse data, identify trends and ensure action plans are in place to
address potential concerns
8. Understand company policies and procedures and their applications
9. Demonstrate an ability to describe clearly the policies and
procedures with regards to employee relations
10. Demonstrate knowledge of basic local Labour Laws and relevant
legislation requirements
11. Maintain accurate records of all employee relations issues (e.g.,
complaints/concerns/grievances and disciplinary actions, etc.)
12. Comply, collate and update relevant data (e.g., collective
agreements, contracts, HR statistics, etc.)
13. Respond to queries from general colleagues on policies and
procedures relevant to employee relations
14. Understand the applications of disciplinary procedures
