The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing the HR functions to support our company's growth, foster a positive work culture, and attract top talent. Role & responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition: a. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. b. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring. 2. Employee Relations: a. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. b. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances professionally and promptly. 3. Leave and Attendance Management: a. Oversee the maintenance of a comprehensive leave and attendance management system. 4. Payroll Processing a. Manage payroll functions, including processing, verification, and distribution. b. Collaborate with Finance to resolve any payroll-related discrepancies. 5. Employee Engagement a. Manage payroll functions, including processing, verification, and distribution. b. Collaborate with Finance to resolve any payroll-related discrepancies. 6. Training & Development a. Identify training needs and facilitate relevant programs. b. Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge. 7. HR Administration a. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures. b. Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. c. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 5 years as an HR professional in the Real Estate or Construction industry. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
