COMPANY DETAILS
UBHP is setting up three ambitious Small Hydro Power Projects (SHP), a renewable and an eco-friendly source of energy, in the Kapkot, District of Bageshwar, Uttarakhand, a Himalayan state.
These three projects namely, Sarju I, Sarju II and Sarju III will generate 7.5, 15 and 10.5 MW of power respectively to electrify Munnar, Rithabagar and Kapkot villages. Though power from these units will be generated at 6.6 Kv, it will be stepped up to 33 Kv before being fed to the Kapkot-based Uttrakhand Power Corporation sub-station that is located within a distance of between 6-13 kms from these units.
