Job Summary • Female Candidate with HR Manager role with 14-15 years of experience, must be able to handle the work pressure alone as it is individual contributor. Candidates staying in Dwarka, Uttam Nagar, Janakpuri & Vikaspuri only need to apply. We prefer female candidates with the experience of HR Manager who wants to join back after a break. • We prefer female candidates who wants to join after a break • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy • Administration of payroll & statutory compliance. Serve as contact person for employees and vendors regarding Payroll. • Act as an employee champion and change agent by assessing and anticipating in people-related needs, evaluate options, develop and drive needed change initiatives. • Responsible for driving and maintaining various processes facilitating employee engagement, motivation, communication across all levels. • Drive engagement initiatives which includes organizing small- and large-scale events for employees. • Handle On boarding activities exit formalities and complete all the Full & Final statements. • Receives, reviews, approves and processes all relevant source data documentation pertaining to hiring, termination, employee status changes, special compensation, and/or special contract assignments. • Providing thoughtful and empathetic support to employees; actively listening and asking probing questions to accurately diagnose the issue • Proactively identifying opportunities to build processes and standards to add value, solve problems and address the communications needs of the employees. • Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managers. Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization. Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages • Employee Grievances handling through defined escalation matrix Administration of payroll & statutory compliances. • Manage Statutory Compliance (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity) and coordinate with Vendor for the same. • Administration & query resolution for PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF and other statutory provisions. • End to end management of Quarterly / Bi-annual and Annual Audits like statutory audits, internal audits, compliance audits etc • Grievance handling, counselling, establishment and maintenance of communication channels. • Facilitate the creating working environment that will attract and retain the talent. • Manage employees' queries / concerns / grievances by coordinating with the concerned person / department to give resolutions. • Planning and executing various employee engagement activities like festival celebrations, annual day, milestone achievement etc • People oriented and results driven • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics • Knowledge of HR systems and databases • Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices • Degree in Human Resources or related field • Knowledge of HR systems and databases Location: Delhi Salary: As per the industry standards & based on experience, skills & capabilities of the candidate Responsibilities and Duties • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy • Administration of payroll & statutory compliance.
