Responsibilities and Duties
1)Design and update job descriptions
2)Source potential candidates from various online channels.
3)Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4)Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5)Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
6)Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
7)Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
8)Manage the recruitment and selection process
9)Nurture a positive working environment
10)Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
11)Maintain pay plan and benefits program
12)Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
13)Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
14)Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
