1 HR Strategy
Develop goals for the department and implement

2 Policy and Compliance
To formulate, implement and review HR policies
Ensure statutory compliance
Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Communicate to line managers
3 Resource Planning and Recruitment
Manage end to end recruitment process and take overall responsibility for hiring activity and campaign
Audit the recruitment and selection SOP across functions and sites
Ensure all job description are up to date and create JD as and when required
Stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
Monitor and constantly reduce the cost of the recruitment process
Hiring senior management and key profiles
Employee letters
Employment contracts
4 Team Management
Lead and coach a team of Site HR to handle the function at the Cinema at the Site level
Performance management for the team through timely reviews
Succession planning for the team
5 Data and Analytics
Maintain a healthy churn rate of employees in the organization.
To analyze how healthy is the employee exit in the organization
Manpower budget and cost report - To ensure the budget and cost projected are in control
Complete recruitment analytics - TAT, CPH, Quality of hire.
