Roles and responsibilities include
- Manage end to end recruitment and selection process. Coordinate with external head hunters/recruitment firms as required
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Develop, engage, motivate and retain talent
- Nurture a fun and positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Manage office administrative activities
Required Candidate profile
Candidate profile: An 'A' player, no less, with
- Experience: 2+ years
- Experience in end to end recruitment process
- Experience as HR generalist, handling spectrum of HR activities in the company
- Preferable: Degree in Human Resources or related field preferable (not mandatory)
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- A 'Hustler', who can get things done, with little or no supervision
- Driven and motivated. Quick learner. Emotional intelligence and maturity beyond years, to work across stake holders within and outside the organization
