ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Undertake end-to-end recruitment
Sourcing applications through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms.
Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails
Conduct interviews of shortlisted candidates, and conduct entire hiring process
Undertaking employee onboarding and exit process and formalities
Handle employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention;
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU:
Have 2+ years of experience in Recruitment/Hiring/Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources
You are a self-starter and enjoy collaboration with others
You have a constant desire to grow and develop
You are comfortable in a high-paced environment and can respond to urgent requests
