Job description
The role will be extremely important for the growth of PRIMUS as an organization. To us, an HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues for both our internal employees and deployed consultants. This means our HR manager duties will involve managing activities like Recruitment of IT Staff, internal recruiters, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, R & R, employee engagement, payroll processing, consultant escalations and talent management. The HR Manager should have contract staffing background.
Role & Responsibilities: (Internal Employees)
Developing the HR agenda.
Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Structuring compensation and benefit packages.
Improving relations between staff and employers.
Overseeing recruitment efforts.
Designing Performance Management System
Develop & Execute Learning & Development System for PRIMUS
Enhance R & R function and customize to the need of the company
Engaging with heads of department.
Generate MIS reports for the management on regular basis
Role & Responsibilities: (Deployed Consultants)
Handling queries from deployed consultants to their satisfaction
Salary negotiation and release of offer letter process.
Developing a strategy for Client visit & Employee connect
Organizing R & R events for the employees
Stakeholder Management
Team Building & nurturing
Custodian of HR data and its validity
Understanding & implementing statutory compliance & labor law needs.
Regular MIS reports to Management with precision
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Experience in contract staffing background is a must.
Should be willing to work in NIGHT SHIFT
Minimum of 8 - 15 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee engagement, diversity, performance management, and state respective employment laws ( US & India)
Bachelor's degree preferred with an MBA in HR is preferred
