Overview:
We are looking for a position of operation- lead. Selected person will take end to end ownership of accounts to ensure brands stickiness to the Kofluence platform by consistently delivering value and exceeding expectations.

Your Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain HR roadmap encompassing strategies and initiatives aligned with overall organizational goals
-Looking after the recruitment life-cycle, manpower planning and hiring and team happiness.
-Liasoning with external stakeholders (Colleges, Manpower vendors) and ensuring timely closure of high quality manpower
-Oversee implementation of fair HR practices and drive employee engagement
-Bridge gaps between management and employees by addressing individual grievances
-Nurture amazing work environment to boost organizational productivity
-Develop and evolve performance appraisal system that drives high performance and motivation levels
-Identify, recommend and oversee training needs across the organization
-Maintain and execute payroll and benefits program
-Ensure legal and statutory compliance through HR management
Your Qualities:
-Proven experience in HR management domain
-High level of communication, empathy and counseling skills
-Excellent active listening, interpersonal and negotiation skills
-Strong team management and partnership management skills
-Effective reporting and presentation skills
-Ability to work on tight deadlines
-Respecting every soul and maintaining the respectful culture
What We Need:
-A minimum of 2 years of experience
-Experience in the technology industry will be an added advantage
-Masters in HR ( Mandatory)
