• Recruitment experience with at least 3 years is must.

• Should have an experience in handling Performance Management, Payroll Management, Attendance Management.
• Well aware of Labor Laws as applicable to both Labor and Factory Laws
• Should be team motivator, Self starter, Must be good in Grievance Handling
• Should be aware of Contract Labor Management.
