JOB DETAILS
- You will be involved in performance management working closely with senior management within the organization.
- Serve as first point-of-contact for HR queries from line managers and colleagues.
- Maintain excellent customer service behavior.
- Handling recruitment process and exit procedures
- Preparation of offers and appointment/contract letters
- Maintaining attendance, leave, and other statutory records
- Define Policies and procedures
- HR Administration / HR policies / HR manual / HR payroll
- Undertake Employee Database management
- Manage and organise employee engagement activities
- Statutory Registrations, Returns & Record maintenance
- Compliance management
