JOB DETAILS              
Role and Responsibilities The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. • Handling of all HR Administration related activities and manage HRMS system. • Manage payroll activities and budget. • Communicate and Collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders. • Recruits, interviews, hires, on- boards and trains new staff in the department. • Creates, Implement, Enforce, Manages and Train people on HR policies. • Provides and Manages constructive and timely performance evaluations. • Participates in the formulation and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities. • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Helps resolve grievances. • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. • Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, recruitment team, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations. • Manages and Co- ordinates the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. • Plans and Organizes Employment Engagement Activities. Requirements • Ability to define and enforce best practices in people and talent management. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Previous experience on working with HRMS/HRIS • Hands on Experience with establishing KRA s and 360 degree reviews. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to establish and build confidence and trust with team members • Strong analytical and problem- solving skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Great Attitude, Soft skills, dependable and reliable • Pleasant and diligent in dealing with day to day interaction with staff. • Quick Learner, People Management skills and adaptability. • Thorough knowledge of employment- related laws and regulations. • A minimum of four plus years of human resource management experience preferred. • Ability to independently manage Human Resources, understanding company culture to improve it. • Ability to be creative, learn and adapt to latest people management trends and processes. • Ability to work with US based management which might require offset hours when needed. • Has the personality and confidence to represent the management and the company in professional manner.
