JOB DETAILS              
Purpose To provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support for Human Resources activities within Cunesoft. This role will focus predominately on recruitment activities and will also be required to support specific people requirements within the Bangalore office. Key Activities • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities including, but not limited to: develop job descriptions; advertising vacancies; screening and shortlisting candidates; liaising with hiring managers; coordinating interviews). • Manage new starter process, eg sending contracts of employment, completing induction. • Deal with personnel queries from Line Managers and staff and provide pragmatic advice, explanation, and support as required. Support/assist the Line Managers to respond to queries. • Assist in the monitoring of sickness/absence records. • Be responsible for monitoring adherence to company policies (appraisals, objective setting, one to ones, return to work, interviews etc...). • Identify HR related training needs and provide/arrange training as required. • Interface with Finance on changes to salaries, wages, and associated matters. • Liaise with the payroll bureau to resolve any staff queries. • Ensure that confidentiality and data protection requirements are maintained and adhered to. • Create and maintain employee HR records. • Administer benefits and liaise with benefit providers as necessary. • Advise the management team, and the UK team, on relevant changes to legislation. • Oversee office management and facilities. Required Skills & Experience • Knowledge and understanding of HR/Personnel and employment law with practical experience of a similar role in a small/medium business. • Proven experience working within a high growth business, managing large recruitment projects, specifically in IT • Committed to ensuring that all practice and engagement with others is free from discrimination and adheres to equal opportunities legislation and organisational policies. • Able to adapt to a changing environment, and to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • The maturity and ability to deal with sensitive matters and an understanding of confidentiality issues including data protection. • Fluent English language. • Must be flexible, independent and self motivated • Punctual, Regular and consistent attendance
