Job description
The incumbent will be a key partner in developing and executing HR strategy for the site. Additionally, the role will entail working closely with TR COE and leading ID&E initiatives for the site. The role is critical in prioritising and executing people agenda and establishing HR functional excellence.
Educational Background
Post graduate Diploma/ degree in Human Resources from a premier institute.
Professional Experience
10+ years of experience in human resources preferably with healthcare, R&D, IT, Engineering or similar industry
Job Responsibilities
The role is a mix of HRBP and COE responsibilities and involves close interaction with key local and global stakeholders.
Some key responsibilities include:
Build and execute long term HR strategy for the centre in line with country and regional HR priorities
Work intensely on talent management and succession planning exercise for the site with local and global stakeholders
Establish and strengthen ongoing connect with global and local managers and partner with them in enhancing associate engagement and performance
Endeavor to Identify best practices in the industry and proactively look at initiatives that strengthen associate experience and enhance org culture
Leverage HR analytics tools for analysing and interpreting key associate data for effective decision making
Independently lead organisation wide projects and initiatives for building an innovation and high-performance culture
Establish strong associate engagement to ensure ongoing positive associate experience
Lead the TR COE for the entity and work with country TR team for latest TR guidelines and initiatives
Chair the WIN team at the site; lead and drive ID&E initiatives for the site
Play an active role in partnering with recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure effective and timely hiring.
Build and execute comprehensive plan for associate development
Work closely with colleagues in Associate shared service centre for HR operational activities
Knowledge and Skills
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience in developing and executing HR strategy
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a matrix set up preferably in global organisations
Openness to feedback and agility to adapt
Sense of urgency, ability to work on multiple priorities at a time
High degree of comfort with HR analytics tools
