JOB DETAILS
• Experienced in Infrastructure industry, handling overall HR activities
• Competent to handle reconciliation of salary statement, PF, ESIC, Bonus and other components related to employee benefits.
• Responsible for Site Recruitment & Overall Site Transportation
• Guest house management, Food / Mess management & Facility Management for all level subject to employee grades.
• Working experience in Statutory compliance i.e. PF/PT/LBF/ESI/WC Policy/Labor license/excel etc.
• Periodic / Annual return filling this includes but not limited to Bonus, minimum wages, medical management, policy renewable, claim settlement, ESI claim, display notice etc.
• Handles employee Mater database, Insurance, Licenses, all kinds of agreement.
Required Candidate profile
• People management skills
• Handling Grievances at Site and resolving them
• Should be strong in communication this include verbal and written both.
• Must have working experience in excel (should be master in advance excel/using overall excel formulas for payroll).
REQUIREMENT: HR Manager with 12-15 years of work experience. Should be a SITE HR Manager only.
