Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and manage the complete recruitment cycle from hiring the staffs to completing all the joining formalities in Ayusya Home Health Care .
Find various nursing institutions (Colleges and Paramedical Institutions) from multi cities and states.
Fixing appointments with nursing institutions for presenting the recruitment presentations like company, job, salary, benefits, and etc.,
Taking a preliminary interview of the candidate by talking to him/her over phone so that a screening is done on an initial level. Scheduling Face-to-Face interviews according to the requirement.
Ensure timely recruitment and maintain a database for Talent Management cycle. Timely update on Recruitment, Attrition and Compliances Tracker online within Timelines.
Ensure that the new joinees go through induction program and support them in on-boarding.
HR MASTER DATA DETAILS: Employees Master Data & Personal File to be maintained.
EMPLOYEE ACTIVITIES: Managing employee relation activities, Handling employee grievance. Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
Updating Employee master list.
Preparing all HR related Letters (Appointment letter, Experiences letter, consultant contract letter, etc) Getting signatures from the concerned person. Maintaining comprehensive employee master list and generate report as and when required.
MONTHLY PAYROLL INPUTS: Ensure smooth payroll processing and remittance of salaries to all employees. Ensure smooth payroll processing of Consultant attendance for the payroll monthly basis.
LEAVE & TIME MANAGEMENT: Handling employee leave & Time Management. Attendance tracking System, Checking the in & out records of employees. Maintain the employee attendance and generate the attendance report by online system for the salary process.
EXIT FORMALITIES: Handling exit formalities, Full & Final Settlement and Exit Process, conducting exit interview process for resigned, quit / terminated employees. Coordinate & manage the Full & Final Settlement
PAYROLL DETAILS: Handling payroll inputs. Coordinate with the finance for monthly payroll system; make necessary entries for new joiners, separation cases, unpaid leave etc.
