Recruitment Strategy and Planning: Partner with radiology department leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent requirements. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Conduct job analysis and create compelling job descriptions and specifications that accurately reflect the role and its requirements. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry associations, to attract a wide range of potential candidates. Review resumes, applications, and other candidate materials to assess qualifications and match them against job requirements. Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Selection and Interview Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria and interview formats for each position. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and interviewers. Conduct structured interviews, behavioral assessments, and reference checks to assess candidate suitability. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and transparent communication. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing feedback on their application status. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the candidate experience and promote the employer brand. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop competitive offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates. Facilitate the completion of pre-employment checks, background screenings, and necessary documentation. Coordinate and support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the radiology department. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline, to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Prepare regular reports and presentations on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes for management review. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably with experience in healthcare or radiology recruitment. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Familiarity with radiology roles, qualifications, and industry-specific requirements is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Ability to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit to make informed hiring decisions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes. Proficiency in using HR software, ATS, and other recruitment tools.
