JOB DETAILS
The person for this position must know to manage the Plant Hr and may lead a team of 5-7 persons. As a Plant Manager, he must know the complete working of HR like Recruitment, Sourcing of Manpower/Labour; managing the Contract workers & Contractors;HR related Compliances at Factory level, PF, ESI etc. He should be willing to work on rotational shifts-24 hours; may be required to work on Sunday; must know MIS very well and should have a good hold on Excel; Should have very good knowledge of Time Office & Payroll Software.
Good communications skills and personality is a must
