Job description
For the new High-Performance Centre, Vijayi Bharat Foundation (VBF) is looking to hire on a full-time basis, an HR manager with excellent organizational and people skills. HR Manager is expected to be detailed oriented and should be well versed with HR Laws and best practices.
This position will report to Chief Operating Officer.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for the organization.
Conduct interviews to shortlist candidates for further interviews by senior management for various positions
Manage entire Employee life cycle.
Work with finance and payroll departments to ensure accurate processing of payroll and benefits.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Address and solve employee concerns and gradiences.
Develop and implement performance appraisal system for the organization.
Identify training needs and coordinate for various training and development program.
Develop HR Policies for the organization.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and corporate polic
Preferred candidate profile :
Masters/Bachelors degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience of 5+ years HR Manager
Strong knowledge of Labor laws and corporate policies.
Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
Proficient in HRIS or any other relevant software.
