Job description
HR Manager
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Proactive visits to educational institutes like I.T.I. to hire the right highly skilled and semi-skilled candidates.
Recruiting and hiring employees may include posting job listings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Screening, interviewing candidates and referring suitable candidates to hiring managers.
Salary Negotiation / Calculation.
Develop and monitor overall HR policies (SOPs), systems, & procedures across the organization
Assist each HODs in designing Job Description / Role, Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Reviews of Salary and compensation calculations; Performance Management and Salary administration
Manage Engineering Apprentices & Management Training - Monitoring their monthly report, quarterly progress report to Apprentices Office
Planning and monitoring Budget for Human Resource
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Performance appraisal forms distributing for increments, Promotions or Training needs assessment
Who can apply?
5 years of proven working experience as HR Manager in a manufacturing company with regards to recruiting, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Strong computer skills and proficiency in using HR-related software.
Degree in Human Resources or related field
