JOB DETAILS              
Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead workforce planning for FIRINDIA business in close collaboration with HOD’s to identify manpower needs. Create staffing plans, develop recruitment strategies and implement action plans to support and meet India’s staffing needs. 2.Manage and provide direction and results regarding off site recruiting activities including participation in job fairs, professional organization meetings, university recruitment and dealings with recruitment agencies and executive search firms. Guardian of FIR employer brand in India. 3.Ensure execution of the Global On boarding Experience in India, monitor quality of implementation through new hire surveys. 4.Identify training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal and PR reviews and regular consultation with business managers and HR partners. 5.Lead the roll out, communication and ongoing administration of new and existing Corporate and regional talent development programs in India. Amend and revise programs as necessary, to adapt to changes in the work environment.

Firmenich was founded in 1895 in Geneva, Switzerland, by Philippe Chuit, a talented Swiss chemist, in association with Martin Naef, a shrewd businessman. They rented premises from a certain Charles Firmenich and it was there that they started creating groundbreaking molecules such as Dianthine and Iralia (still present on the market today) and attracted their first customer, Francois Coty.
