Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will be educated to graduate level or higher, with a degree in a business or HR related discipline.
3 to 7 years HR experience in IT domain.
Should have good knowledge in Technical (IT) Recruitment process.
In Depth knowledge of HR function and its capability to support business objectives
Broad knowledge of the HR best practice across Employee Relations, Reward & Benefits, Resourcing, Development and Employment Law.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
