Hands on Experience in Recruitment; Shortlisting, Interviewing, Hiring, On-Boarding to Exit End-to-end employment life cycle in the assigned business unit. Set KRAs for the new roles. Maintaining manpower plan (quantity and quality) and making resource projections.
