* Gather and analyze time to hire and employee turnover rates
* Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
* Devise recruiting strategy
* Identify the best mix of resources to source talent - using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.
* Recruit, assess, and hire talent
* Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates
Qualifications and Skills
The applicant must be very well versed in English, hard-working with knowledge and experience of the above requirements and a minimum experience of 1 year.
