Assessing the organizations pay structures, highlighting and correcting the anomalies (if any)
Monitoring the salaries being offered to the new employees against the defined hiring grid
Researching compensation trends and preparing the data compensation surveys
Maintaining the historical data related to promotions, ctc changes and role movements
Making recommendations based on data analysis
Benefits
Administering the organizations Incentive policies
Coordinating with product teams for timely payout out of incentives
Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policies
Making recommendations based on data analysis
Job Analysis
Writing and revising job descriptions
Preparing and updating hiring grid
