Job Purpose:
The individual will support HRBP to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
Principal Accountabilities:
Assist & manage the recruiting for the function with a view to provide the best talent across the locations efficiently and on time.
Manage the orientation programme to ensure all employees are on-boarded effectively.
Play the role of an Employee Advocate to all employees; and coach and counsel them when considered necessary.
Driving the Employee Engagement interventions based on the business need and requirements.
Drive innovative thinking to establish next practices in people management. At the same time, current HR practices must be constantly reviewed with a view to improve them and make them more effective.
Must have a “Can Do” attitude and open to learn and explore new ideas.
