Posting ads on job portals.
On-Boarding:
Take care of all paper works for joining formalities process of the new hires.
Issue Employee ID Card and allot Work space and Extension No.
Coordinate in opening Salary A/c in Bank.
Coordinate with IT Dept. for Mail ID creation, laptop, hand Phone.
Vendor Management
Skills Required:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Has passion to speak over telephone.
Innovative approach to speak to candidates.
Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
