Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process,
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Requirements:
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
Should have Handled larger number of employees in a single organization
Should have Minimum 5 years experience in Hotels/ Restaurants/ FMCG/ Food/ Retail experience
Adaptability
Understanding capabilities of the Skill sets for various positions.
People oriented and results driven
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Degree in Human Resources or related field.
