Act as Advisory for Business Functions
Advisory for Compensation & Compliance
Business Stakeholder
Manage and execute HR programs & projects independently and as part of cross functional teams that address critical organizational and program needs
Using HR best practices, work with business leads to drive a strong performance culture through employee coaching, development and feedback
Develop and execute on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits
Review and analyze organizational and/or program metrics including data on attrition, retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements
Support the delivery of appropriate training and development programs to build career pathing capability
Nurture, develop, and grow our greatest asset-our people
Support employee life cycle from on boarding to termination, including conducting exit interviews
Ensure proper documentation is in place for employment actions as required
