Job Overview:
As an HR Recruiter Executive at Velox Technologies, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's ambitious goals. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the technology industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely and constructive feedback.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Manage candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Partner with department heads and team leaders to understand their specific hiring needs and priorities.
Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with overall talent management and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
BBA, BCOM, BCA or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the technology sector.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
