JOB DETAILS
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Providing Level-1 support for all HR IT Incidents and Service Requests (Data Requirements, Access Management, Data Setup, etc) logged via internal ticketing tool and sent to Support mail-box
2. Sending outage management communication for all HR IT applications
3. Liaison with Functional Experts from HR IT team, Third party service provider(s) and/or Internal IT team for resolution of tickets. 4. Documentation: Maintain and manage SOPs for Level-1 support, update FAQs and User Training guides
5. Data analysis for various a set of defined data governance rules and reporting.
6. Support other Member from HR IT team in various projects in the areas of testing, data preparation and setup, data analysis.
7. Governance and Reporting: Will publish weekly/monthly Ticket Resolution Status Report and SLA compliance report
8. Ticket queue analysis to come up with recommendations for drive operational efficiency via continuous improvement and automation
