Documentation part/System entry/Offer letter generation/Background verification
Assist in-house HR team in terms of Recruitment/employee engagement etc.
Process ID card and visiting card of new employees
MIS management.
Should spend valuable time in telephonic interviews, sourcing profiles in job portals, scheduling the interviews and short listing the candidates.
Proficient in Ms Excel and e-mail.
Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
Must have good communication and presentation skills
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Communicating and explaining the organisation's HR policies to the employees
Calling and scheduling meetings
Coordination with internal HR team in their day to day activities.
Handling Employee queries etc
Support in End to End recruitment process
Maintaining database on portal
