he candidate will directly assist the HR team with a wide range of projects related to recruitment, onboarding/orientation, employee engagement, and process improvement programs. The intern shall also act as an internal consultant to the top management/senior business leaders in helping address specific HR related strategic opportunities for recruitment & employee engagement initiatives. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview/assignment process 2. Researching on newer hiring platforms and hiring strategies 3. Implementing new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting, meet up, etc.) 4. Promoting jobs on various social media channels and HR branding 5. Recommending ways to improve our employer brand 6. Creating process documents for the various stages in the recruitment process 7. Keeping track of recruitment metrics 8. Preparing reports and recommending procedures for employee engagement activities 9. Recommending human resources policies and objectives for the company associated with employee relations 10. Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to support HR programs and initiatives
