About The Internship
We are looking for HR Interns for our office in thane west. This will be practical training for recruitment and selection process.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Sourcing CV's from Naukri and scheduling them for Interview with our corporate clients.
• Taking detailed information from the candidate about interview rounds
• Give detailed information to candidates about interview rounds, dress code, frequently asked question and answers in interviews
• Identifying interviewer's needs and explaining the same to candidate.
• Coordinating with team members about detailed feedback on the candidate's interview status
• Maintaining MIS report of Interview schedule for all the clients
• Coordinating with team members about shortlisted candidates and their joining and maintaining the MIS report of joinees and selected candidate.
• Maintaining a list of rejected candidate and scheduling them for an interview with other clients
Please note this will be a full time job for minimum 3 months. and will have to work for 6 days a week.
