Arranging interviews of candidates and collecting data and planning entering data of candidates.
Responsible for organising regular staff welfare activities.
Handling of Employee grievance is enough to support taking disciplinary action where required. ConductingEmployees satisfaction survey.
Planning coordinate with the External and internal trainers and consultant to ensure training program runs smoothly.
Experience in administration and day today operations.
Experience in corporate industry in Administration.
