We are looking for an HR Executive with minimum 1 yr. of experience in Recruitment for our office based at Borivali location (WFO). 1. Develop And Update Job Descriptions And Job Specifications 2. Hiring Candidates For Contractual And Permanent Role 3. Ensuring Business Needs For Hiring Are Met 4. Must Have Experience In Hiring At Entry Level 5. Prepare Recruitment Materials And Post Jobs To Appropriate Job Board/Newspapers/Colleges Etc 6. Source And Recruit Candidates By Using Social Media, Head Hunting, Etc 7. Screen Candidate’s Resumes And Job Applications 8. Conduct Pre-Screening Interviews Using Various Reliable Recruiting And Selection Tools/Methods To Filter Candidates Within Schedule 9. Maintain All Pertinent Applicant And Interview Data 10. Monitor And Apply HR Recruiting Best Practices 11. Provide Analytical And Well Documented Recruiting Reports To The Rest Of The Team 12. Act As A Point Of Contact And Build Influential Candidate Relationships During the Selection Process 13. Maintaining Documentation From On Boarding To Exit Of Contractual Employees 14. Managing All Contractual Employees On-Boarding And Exit Procedure. 15. Assisting In Employee Engagement Activities 16. Participating In Training And Skills Up-Gradation
