JOB DETAILS
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Designing and updating the performance management system of the organization
2. Defining roles and responsibilities
3. Defining KRAs and implementing balanced score-cards
4. Defining role profiles
5. Coordinating with the campus for pre-placement talks
6. Handling employee engagement activities
7. Defining onboarding and exit processes
8. Handling other HR and admin activities of the organization
9. Sharing MIS & reporting

Who can apply:
Only those candidates can apply who:
are available for full time (in-office) internship
can start the internship between 25th Apr'19 and 25th May'19
are available for duration of 6 months
are from Mumbai, Mumbai and neighboring cities
have relevant skills and interests

Additional Information:
In addition to the fixed stipend, the selected candidates would be eligible for additional incentives of up to Rs. 9000 based on parameters including teamwork, firm building initiatives, value added in their role, etc.
