Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Talent scouting & acquisition 2. Inducting new joinees into the system 3. Working on internal communication & employee engagement 4. Working with teams for setting & monitoring KRAs 5. Learning & development 6. Processing attendance data 7. Investigating & resolving employee grievances 8. Following legal compliance & documentation 9. Working on HR Policies 10.
