JOB DETAILS
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Plan expert outreach programs aimed at acquiring subject matter experts 2. Demonstrate the use of multiple channels in sourcing by attracting candidates through networking, direct approach, referrals, university relations, etc. 3. Meet established metrics for sourcing 4. Post job ads and organize resumes and job applications 5. Support recruitment activities 6. Perform screening of candidates 7. Conduct reference check of selected candidates 8. Assist staff joining formalities 9. Prepare appointment letters 10. Support our team in administrative activities
