JOB DETAILS              
As an Individual Contributor, develop a strong understanding / appreciation of each Customers requirements. Engage with the Customer to identify Candidates traits to qualify Right Fit candidates. Create position dependent sourcing plan, discuss with Manager and timely execute the plan. Closely monitor the implementation. Generate Technology / role specific Market intelligence & prospects pipeline for Premium / Niche skills, using multiple channels, tools & techniques. Build & supply pre-qualified Right Fit candidates in a timely manner. Facilitate candidates selection process to ensure smooth candidate experience. Negotiate & successfully close Candidates compensation acceptance. Facilitate candidates offer approval & release. Maintain strong candidate engagement during pre-boarding to minimize pre-join attrition. Deliver high Quality new hires in the desired Quantity within pre-determined timelines to meet pre-defined organizational recruitment productivity parameters. Co-partner with Delivery Manager as trusted Advisor.
