JOB DETAILS
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the company requirements and hiring accordingly through portals and handling documentation for all recruitments.
2. Developing existing company policies and a healthy company culture.
3. Conducting the onboarding process for new employees and handling the exit procedures in case of resigned employees.
Other than developing a thorough understanding of the HR Recruitment process, the organization gives its interns an opportunity to learn the other aspects of HR Management like company policies, employee engagement etc. You will also learn a lot about how a business works.
