NK Learnicare is a social initiative, whose main focus is to improve education in India and increase educational exposure within Indian students. During college, I observed the main thing that creates a difference between IIT & NIT students, and other college students is that students at IITs & NITs get a lot of educational exposure while other college students lack that exposure. We at NK Learnicare bridge the educational exposure which is currently in IITs, NITs with the other colleges, so that other college students also get a benefit and can choose their way. NK Learnicare organizes seminars and workshops, and different educational training which are already going on in IITs & NITs. NK Learnicare has tie-ups with some companies and some colleges. Our aim is to provide students with an exposure based on their performance and not based on their college value.
About the internship/job:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Help in developing job descriptions 2. Research on target employees, and contact them 3. Search and interview the correct candidates according to our requirement 4. Hire the potential candidates who can do the hand work of knitting and weaving

Only those students or freshers can apply who:
are available for full time (in-office) internship
have relevant skills and interests
can start the internship between 23rd Apr'19 and 23rd May'19
are available for duration of 1 month
have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
are from Mumbai and neighboring cities

Being an NIT Surat Alumni's, we observed the main thing that creates the difference between students of Top and Reputed colleges and other colleges is knowledge exposure available by Top and Reputed colleges, while other college students lack that thing. What NK Learnicare will do is just bridge that knowledge exposure, as every student must get benefit to choose their way. NK Learnicare will organize seminars and workshops, and different educational training which are already going in Top and Reputed colleges. NK Learnicare have tie ups with some companies, and some colleges. If this goes on, then we can assume in coming few years, students will get placements based on their performance and not based on their college value.
