Responsibilities
Recruitment
Explore different channels and create/formalize partnerships with a range of institutions (engineering, medical, social work, communication, MBA) to create a steady pipeline for talent.
Hire for different internal hirings.
Support recruitment of field staff for expansion efforts Create and manage a solid internship/volunteering program Design, pilot and refine system to receive, organize and store CVs for large-scale recruitment.
Employee engagement
Plan activities, calendar, responsibilities and budget for employee engagement initiatives.
Implement employee engagement initiatives.
Skills needed
Pre-requisites to apply
Experience and/or education in HR
Candidate should be Mumbai based (western line preferably)
Comfort with English (oral and written)
BMS / MMS / MBA interns can apply.
Additionally, the role needs the following skills:
Excellent oral & written communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfort with MS Office tools (Powerpoint, Word)
Entrepreneurial energy
Ability to work independently
