JOB DETAILS
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the talent acquisition process for all hires
2. Create and post exciting job advertisements
3. Work closely on market mapping exercises
4. Maintain a fully functional database of prospective candidates
5. Assess resumes submitted for open positions
6. Screen, review, and call suitable candidates for the right positions
7. Assist in the talent reference check process by conducting employee background checks
