JOB DETAILS
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on the contract, permanent & C2H (contract to hire) positions
2. Publishing job ads on careers pages, sourcing and contacting passive candidates online. Sourcing profiles through various job boards/job portals, through the job posting, social networking sites, through references as per the client specifications
3. Working on full-cycle recruitment - end-to-end candidate management: sourcing, scheduling interviews, offer management, salary negotiations & post-offer management till candidate joining
4. Working on strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
5. Managing sourcing across levels in IT (Information Technology) & consulting domain
6. Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
7. Using an optimum channel mix to source the right talent within the agreed turn around time

are from Mumbai, Mumbai and neighboring cities
have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements:
Candidates with minimum 0-4 years of experience in handling End-to-End recruitment
