Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research work on senior level positions within the financial services sector
2. Develop an understanding of the hiring dynamics of NBFC, mutual funds asset management sector
3. Discuss with candidates on prospective roles
4. Work on the market mapping of competing firms to identify talent
5. Work on referencing and networking with professionals in the financial services sector
6. Perform client coordination
