JOB DETAILS
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Planning the recruitment strategy for our clients
2. Identifying sources of recruitment ideal for each position
3. Handling competency profiling and mapping, industry mapping and working on database management tools
4. Managing recruitment processes - sourcing candidates, coordinating with clients and candidates for interviews and closing job offers
