JOB DETAILS
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage the recruitment and selection process of the team members 2. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization 3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal/incentives system that drives high performance 4. Ensure legal & company policy compliance throughout the company 5. Report employee performance data to management and provide decision support through HR metrics 6. Support the company's current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation & preservation of human capital 7. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues 8. Nurture and overall positive working environment
Who can apply:

have relevant skills and interests
can start the internship between 25th Sep'21 and 30th Oct'21
are available for duration of 6 months
have already graduated or are currently in any year of study

Other requirements:
Over 1 year of proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR executive Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategies along with leadership skills Competence to build and effectively manage the interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company People-oriented and result-driven Ability to work under deadline
