Selected intern's responsibilities include: 1. Identify and source talent from various channels 2. Generate candidate leads by contacting active & passive candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, existing databases, etc. and ensure a sturdy pipeline of candidates to meet the growing business needs 3. Support team in sourcing or recruitment events 4. Maintain daily tracker and dashboards and keep the MIS updated 5. Help in the onboarding of candidates & completing joining formalities 6. Support all other HR activities in the organization
